Humility - true soul food.  

Humility, the word comes from the latin root of 'humus' meaning earth, perhaps giving us a clue as to its true purpose as the nutrient rich mulch where the seeds of our unique, beautiful, glorious soul essence are fertilised and grown.  Unfortunately a switch has taken place within our psyche that mixes up humility and humiliation.  

New Year Creations - effortful or effortless?

Each year we cycle through this window of January, our designated month for newness, especially with regards cultivating inner positive changes. After the winter period of germination we see this seeds of change, grow and push through the dark soil of our inner world to blossom in our outer reality by the springtime. Following natures rhythms does indeed offer great inspiration and support in our own cycles of birth, development, flowering, death, renewal and back to birth. If you like January is traditionally a renewal and birthing time.

 We are having an AMAZING 2012, full of profound, touching, magical, joyful tours around the world.  In fact, they have been keeping us soo busy, that metalife website has looked a little quiet with our attention on this amazing tours.  My apologies for the lack of updates and thank you for staying in touch.   For 2013, alongside the tours we will have many more programs, courses, workshops and webinars launching.  A number are already on the website and more are coming soon.

So where did the sacred tours all begin?  After the transformational experience of going to Mount Shasta in 2012,  the idea of taking groups to more sacred sites was launched.   Of course, I had no idea what that really meant, or the amazing experience that would happen as a result.  Here I share with you my blogs on each our journeys - allow yourself to relish the jouneys and inspire you to create your own sacred adventures.   Love Clare

Sacred sites around the planet hold vortexes of energy that support the earth and all beings into coming into alignment with themselves.  Each sacred site carries its own energy signature that is unfolding itself into its fullest expression.  (2012 is a significant ‘gate’ year as we move in higher dimensions).  When we visit them, it allows and supports us in discovering our own fullest expression, as aligned to the specific aspect held in this sacred site.
