April 30th: Bloomsbury Baptist Church London.  From the grounded ness and solidity of the root Chakra we move to the flowing, creative Sacral chakra. Visit your essence, your subtle sensuous being who delights in the deliciousness of living!

The chakras, are our dynamic energy vortexes that keep us in constant balance and alignment as we interact with our environment and others in our lives.  They are part of key ‘vortexes’ in our microcosm (e.g. DNA helix, 7 core chakras, expanding out into the wider chakra, meridian points, mama points systems) that connect us to the vortexes in the macrocosm, (the spirals of creation that we see displayed in the vortex of our solar system and spiral creation of galaxies through to the sacred Geometry of Fibonacci).

About the Sacral Chakra

Visiting the realm of our Sacral Chakra, in this workshop we will explore the power of our emotions to move us forward towards what we desire, we will dip our toes and perhaps all of us in the watery depths of our soul, experiencing our fluidity, our receptivity and capacity to embrace change.

At the same time, the sacral chakra represents the centre of our creative essence; the  ability to recognize ourselves and the other, celebrating our differences because in doing so we honour ourselves.  We explore how empathy and clairsentience can support us when it does not mean becoming the other, but seeing clearly from our own centre.

In this evening, you will:

Have fun learning how to become an uplifter for yourself and others – a cellular, emotional and spiritual cheerleader for your highest potential!
