This is a 2 day training where participants will receive the Usui Reiki attunements and training in the following key areas:

• Introduction to Reiki; how it works, origin and history.
• Reiki treatment guidelines: for conducting a treatment & use in relation to other therapies
• Complete set of Reiki hand positions for self healing and healing on others
• Introduction to the human energy body & chakra system and its application with Reiki
• Reiki meditation & other applications.
• Demonstration followed by supervised practice of self healing and giving Reiki treatments to others

Booking Reiki I training

The course is taught by Clare who is a UK Reiki Federation accredited Master from the Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage

The training includes a comprehensive manual, including pictures of all Reiki hand positions.

The Reiki I course costs £135 per participant.  The next Reiki I course is on 23rd & 24th January 2010 in Falmouth, Cornwall.  This course is for up to 4 participants and includes a vegetarian lunch and refreshments.

Clare conducts Reiki training individually or as a group of up to 6 people. Interested participants can organise private groups or equally contact Clare to join a mixed group.
