This month Soul & Spirit published my article, 'Are you Afraid of missing out?'
At this time of year we can fee many push and pulls on our time. The article outlines 5 steps to overcoming our fear and reaching a place of peace with our choices so that we can enjoy what we choose so much more. You can find the article on my site next month. Over Sept & October I have been running intuitive development events in Bristol and london. Last weeks 'Connect the the Heart of your Intuitive Mind' was particularly dynamic and engaging. Feedback has been really positive, with participants describing it as 'excellent' and 'just what I was looking for'. Personally it has been a very fulfilling experience to facilitate these events and watch people connect to their intuitive wisdom in ways they never expected they could. | New Bristol Intuitive Development Group Launches |

The first meet was on this week. It was a fun evening, coming together and learning the art of communicating with the Intuitive self. It was great to get feedback from the event with participants feeling they had an educational and inspiring evening amongst new friends. | Integrating travels springs new beginnings |

I flew to Egypt just as snow was coming to the UK. The pyramids, Valley of the Kings & Queens, Karnak and Hathor temples are timelessly monumental places, so beyond the spec of time I am in, yet equally I felt a personal connection or resonance with each place.
In them, I experienced my expansive nature. In them, I stood outside the busyness of living to dwell on the beauty and immensity of all that is. In the short period I was there, I peaked beneath the waters of time to gape at the enormity of the iceberg beneath. And now, with my head above the surface I feel like I'm grappling with a zen Buddhist riddle- to hold the scale of what is beneath in connection to what is above; my day to day living. And happily I embrace the mystery!
I touched down in the UK briefly before going to foothills of the Alps in Switzerland to support staff at one of the most profound and transformational communication workshops around.
In two weeks I had the honour of witnessing a diverse group come to touch their souls. Using communication not as a prop to protect and camouflage our true nature from others. Instead using it to build an honest relationship with our self and share this discovery vulnerably with others. Moving into experiences of fulfilling connection where the unique potential of each person is illuminated. And now, back in the beauty of Cornwall, these experiences deepen my purpose with metalife, to create a platform for the integration of diverse experiences that open our connection to who we are and enable our path of creation.
